Scope of Service: Our technical team provides maintenance services exclusively for Christ machines as per Christ Wash System standards in Germany. We are not responsible for servicing machines outside the tariff contract. The service contract is non-transferable if the machine is sold or moved without reinstallation by our technical team. The agreement may be discontinued if maintenance is performed by unauthorized personnel or without prior permission from our team. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel the service agreement if rules are breached or coordination is not achieved. The contract renews automatically every year unless either party provides a 30-day notice before the tariff deadline.
