Sturdy galvanized steel frame with duplex powder coating and plastic doors. The side brushes wash the vehicle on the front, side and rear. The rollers are opened by measuring the active power on the electric roller drive via an air cylinder system, and the contact pressure is controlled via a tension spring system. The rollers can be adjusted off-centre to the washing axis (central overlap with 2 pairs of rollers).
Wash portal EVOLUTION EVO-1, 2 rollers and 1 cross mitter
The 2 front-mounted side brushes wash the vehicle on the front, side and rear. The rollers are opened by measuring the active power on the electric roller drive via an air cylinder system, and the contact pressure is controlled via a tension spring system. The rollers can be adjusted off-centre to the washing axis (central overlap with 2 pairs of rollers). The electric cross emitter washes the horizontal surfaces and the upper side surfaces of the vehicle. This portal can also be installed as a textile dryer after blower drying.
KINEMATIC roof roller system, free-standing
From the definition of the word, "KINEMATIC" is the study of the movement of bodies in space. Our roof roller also moves - without any lifting motor/ropes or belts - over the horizontal vehicle surfaces to be washed and even the rear and washes them with simplicity and perfection. A counterweight keeps the balance and a pneumatic cylinder takes care of the modulation if necessary. The roller drive is controlled by a frequency converter (FU) as standard. The number of revolutions appropriate for the selected washing material can be set via this frequency converter.
